At Cura Home, we want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase so that you love the space you’re in. That’s why we’re happy to offer a 30-day return policy on all Cura Home orders. You can initiate a return up to 30 days from the date of delivery. If you decide your piece isn’t quite right, we are here to help

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be in new and unused condition with no visible wear, damages, odors, scratches, stains, drilling, and other modifications
  • Products that require assembly must be unassembled.
  • Products must be returned in the original packaging with all original product inserts.
  • All product components/parts and accessories must be included.
  • Clearance/ sale items, gift cards, and special order item(s) are final sale.
  • Any shipping and/or delivery fees are non-refundable

Cura Home reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee for items that do not meet our return conditions and are not in original condition due to following reasons (but not limited to): missing original packaging, poorly packaged items, missing component/accessories, visible damages such as scratches, stains, tears caused by the customer and/or incorrect packaging.

All returned merchandise will be inspected within 72 hours of arriving at our warehouse. Once we’ve determined that the product is in as-new condition, our team will process your return and issue a refund minus any shipping and return fees within 5 business days from receipt of the return package.

Please note that depending on your card issuer’s policy, it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your credit statement.


Return Shipping & Fees

Return shipping and costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected and appropriate credits and/or refunds will be issued for the item(s).

Any item(s) that are returned and do not meet our return conditions may be subject to restocking fees and/or refused.

For item(s) labeled large package shipping and/or white glove service (on the product page), a 25% restocking fee from the original, pre-discounted product price will be applied and deducted from the final refund.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you feel there is an issue with your product or if something is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We are here to help you resolve the situation as quickly as possible!

Photos of the damage/defect and outside carton are required when submitting a damages claim to Cura Home. The outside carton will help us file the insurance claim with the shipping company for item(s) damaged during transit.

Items shipped via white glove:

  • Please inspect all packages and item(s) for damage before signing for the package.
  • If damage is visible, please take pictures of the outer carton and the damages and reject the shipment. Make sure the delivery team notes the damage.  Contact us and we will file a damage claim and help resolve the issue.

Color & Variation Note: Every computer monitor displays color differently and Cura Home cannot be responsible for variations between the actual product color and how it is displayed on your screen/monitor. Products made of natural materials may vary in color, texture, grain, and/or look and are not considered a defect or damage.  Cura Home assumes no liability for any variance, minor imperfections, and/or for a product not meeting with customer satisfaction.

Measurement Note: We recommend measuring properly prior to placing any orders. Product dimensions are provided on the product page.  There could be a 1/4" to 1/2" tolerance on some furniture products. If you have any questions regarding the product’s size, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you. Orders that are canceled or refused at delivery due to sizing issues are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
