Shipping

Cura Home currently ships within the continental 48 United States only. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US Territories, PO Boxes or APO addresses, or international destinations. 

During the holiday season, we experience a higher volume of orders.  Please note that any orders placed between December 19 and January 3 may require additional processing time. Kindly allow up to 10 business days (excluding holidays) for your order to ship during this period.

Important: While placing your order, please check that your shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. Items ordered together are not always shipped together and may arrive at different times. 


FREE STANDARD SHIPPING On All Orders!

All orders ship FREE, unless an upgraded delivery service is selected.

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or via LTL freight for larger items.

UPS

  • Packages shipped via UPS typically deliver in 3-7 business days after the order is shipped.
  • If you are not home at the time of delivery, UPS or USPS may leave the package at your door or parcel locker. You can also request UPS to hold your package at a nearby location.
  • Reshipping fees may apply if package is returned to sender due to incorrect address, multiple missed delivery attempts, or failure to pick up a package from a UPS Access Point

    Freight

    • Delivery time can range between 1-3 weeks depending on the delivery destination after your item(s) have shipped. Rural areas may take longer than usual.
    • All packages shipping via freight carriers will be delivered curbside (unless an upgraded delivery service is selected).
        • Standard curbside delivery means that the carrier will deliver your item(s) to the curb of your specified delivery address.
          This service does not include inside delivery, removal of packaging, assembly or setup of your item(s).
          You must be available to receive and sign for the delivery.
          Address changes once an order is shipped will be subject to additional shipping fees.
    • Once your item(s) reaches your local terminal, our freight partner will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time window that works for you.
    • You must schedule your delivery within 5 days from the date your item(s) are ready for delivery from the terminal. If over 5 days, your order may incur added storage fees which will be billed to you.
    • Once your delivery is scheduled, if you are not available at the set time of delivery, your order will be subject to additional redelivery fees.



      Upgraded Delivery Services

      Upgraded delivery services are available only for select styles that are large/oversized and/or over 70 lbs. If you choose an upgraded delivery service, it will only be available for those select style(s).  The rest of your order will be shipped via standard shipping. 

      • Delivery time can range between 1-3 weeks after your item(s) have shipped, depending on your location. Rural areas may take longer than usual.
      • Our shipping and delivery partner will contact you in advance to arrange a specified delivery date and time window.
      • Additional fees may apply if delivery location requires more than 1 flight of stairs, additional delivery person, item(s) are undeliverable due to clearance issues, and any other issues that may arise during delivery. 
      • Once scheduled, if you are not available at the set time of delivery, your order may be subject to additional redelivery fees.
      • All items require a signature at the time of delivery.

      Room Of Choice $79

      Your item(s) will be delivered to the room of your choice.

      • This is a flat fee for all select qualifying styles within your order. All other styles within your order will be shipped separately via standard shipping.
      • If your order contains a preorder item that qualifies for upgraded delivery, your order will be put on hold until your full shipment is ready to ship.
      • The delivery team will bring your item(s) inside to your room of choice.
        • Item (s) will not be unpackaged, assembled, and/or any packaging/debris will not be removed. If you require this service, please select White Glove.
        • If any damages are visible, please take photos (outside carton and the product) and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.  

      White Glove $199

      Your item(s) will be delivered to the room of your choice and fully assembled by a two-person delivery team.

      • This is a flat fee for all select qualifying styles within your order All other styles within your order will be shipped separately via standard  shipping.
      • If your order contains a preorder item that qualifies for upgraded delivery, your order will be put on hold until your full shipment is ready to ship.
      • The delivery team will bring your item(s) inside to your room of choice, assemble anything that requires assembly, and remove all packaging/debris from your home.
      • If any damages are visible, please take photos and reject the shipment. 
        • Make sure the delivery team notes the damage.  
        • Contact us and we will file a damage claim and help resolve the issue. 


        Local Pickup

        We offer free local pick up at our warehouse located in Brea, CA.  You will receive an email notification with pickup details and instructions once your order is ready.


        Lost/Stolen Packages

        We offer Route package protection with an added fee that covers against loss, theft, and or damage during transit.  If you decide to opt out of the shipping protection, Cura Home is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. For stolen or missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address, you can file an insurance claim for refund/replacement through Route package protection within 15 days of the marked delivery date. Route claims made outside of that timeframe will be rejected.

        If your order contains Route package protection, you can file a claim with Route by going through their app or the website. Please contact us if you require any other assistance.

        For orders shipped through UPS, they may leave the package at or around your door, leasing office, and/or garage door, if you are not home at the time of delivery.  We recommend checking these areas as well as with your neighbors. If your package was mis-delivered it may take UPS up to 3 business days to correctly deliver your order. 


        Canceling or Modifying Orders

        Our goal is to always process and ship orders as quickly as possible and it may not be possible to cancel or modify your order once it has been processed through our warehouse. If you feel that you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to assist you.

        If your order is successfully canceled, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email and we will issue your refund right away. However, it may take 10 - 12 business days to reflect on your statements as depending on your bank/credit card company.

        If an order is canceled/changed after the order has been shipped or processed, the customer is responsible for any added shipping fees including round trip shipping charges even if the item ships free. Any orders that are unable to be canceled will have to be treated as a return and the customer will be responsible for any applicable fees as per our return policy.
